Plastic Injection Moulding
Conventional Moulding
Exzone Plastics Manufacturers Sdn. Bhd. undertake the manufacturing
of all types of Plastics products through conventional moulding
techniques. To support this activity Exzone plastics possess 40
Injection Moulding machines. The machines are both vertical and
horizontal and hence are versatile to mould different type of
products. The machines range from 80 tons to 850 tons. The machines
and the auxiliary equipments are Japanese, Chinese manufactured
and thus are more reliable, consistent and precise.
Precision Moulding
EPE the subsidiary of Exzone Plastics possesses 12 precision molding
machines ranging from 40 to 140 tons both horizontal and vertical
type to cater for very high precision and superior quality products.
To supplement the quality requirements EPE also houses sophisticated
auxiliary facility such as dehumidifier, auto loader and High
heat hot coil controllers and etc. The machines are Japanese and
German made and hence very precise and reliable.
