In the Quest for
emphasis on quality and to ensure it’s customer with the
assurance of Quality Exzone plastics obtained the ISO 9002:1994
accreditations from SIRIM in November 1997. EPM also obtained
ISO 9001:2000 accreditation from SIRIM in November 2003.Not
withstanding these accreditations and to venture further into
the Automotive Industries EPM is in the process of establishing
and implementing the prestigious TS 16949:2002 standards which
it targets to obtain by 2006.

Quality
Management
The ISO 9001:2000 certifications and Green Partner certifications
are endorsement of the quality assurance systems that are in
place. Furthermore, the rigorous process of quality checks and
tests on the raw materials through to each of the manufacturing
processes including the finished product is a further demonstration
of EPM and EPE’s emphasis on product quality. EPM also
adopts several Process Control and Quality Control techniques
such as Statistical Process Control and Statistical Quality
Control to continuously improve it’s manufacturing processes
and Quality control Activities respectively. Not withstanding
the said certification and Quality Management System in place
EPM has successfully established and is in the process of implementing
the TS 16949:2002 Quality Management System which it targets
to achieve by 2006.
